Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and upgrade enterprise applications systematically
• Oversee system performance and uptime metrics
• Support complex issue resolution with Tier 3 technical support
• Document and manage security compliance standards
• Engage with stakeholders for effective application integration
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or Health Informatics
• 3–5 years of experience in clinical applications management
• Proficient in application integration best practices
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, or related technologies
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities under pressure
