We are looking for a Senior Platform Administrator to improve Salesforce efficacy at Humber College. This position requires deep knowledge of Salesforce, including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, along with Mule Soft integration. You will ensure data integrity, system performance, and user satisfaction while collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the Salesforce platform and manage user access
• Configure and customize Salesforce features to meet needs
• Maintain integrations with essential enterprise systems
• Develop documentation and conduct user training sessions
• Support daily operations alongside release management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Minimum five years of Salesforce administration experience
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce platforms and security practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Mule Soft and data management best practices
