We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with solid knowledge of SAP HANA administration and support. The candidate will be responsible for managing SAP landscapes, system monitoring, performance tuning, installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities Administer and support SAP Basis environments and SAP HANA databases.
Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and refreshes.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Manage SAP transports, users, roles, and authorizations.
Perform system copies, client copies, and database migrations.
Troubleshoot SAP application and database issues.
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
Work with infrastructure, network, and security teams to maintain SAP environments.
Ensure system compliance, security, and operational best practices.
Required Skills 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience.
Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA Database Administration.
Experience with SAP ECC, S/4
HANA, BW, or Solution Manager.
Knowledge of system refreshes, upgrades, kernel patches, and migrations.
Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
Experience with performance tuning and system monitoring.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
SAP HANA certification.
Experience with automation and scripting (Shell, Python).
