In this role, you'll leverage your Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems to provide telephone and remote support. With three years of experience in technical customer support and a focus on Healthcare IT, you will manage escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Your expertise in IT-infrastructure and strong communication skills will be vital in maintaining exceptional service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise to customers and internal teams
• Manage escalations to Level 2 and development teams
• Document resolutions in the knowledge database
• Attend and participate in customer site visits
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
• Three years in a technical support role
• Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, and Windows systems
• Experience with HL7 or DICOM is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
