Job Title:
Platform Adoption & Enablement – Power Platform
Location:
Montreal, QC (Onsite) / Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 6–12 months (High potential for full time conversion)
About the RoleWe are looking for a Power Platform Adoption & Enablement Manager to drive enterprise‑wide adoption of Microsoft Power Platform. This role blends hands‑on technical expertise with user enablement, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Drive adoption strategy and execution for Power Platform across business units
- Design and deliver training programs for citizen developers and business users
- Build enablement assets (guides, workshops, learning paths, knowledge base)
- Track and improve adoption metrics (usage, active users, solution growth)
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Partner with stakeholders across IT, business, and leadership teams
- Build and manage a Power Platform community (CoP, champions, engagement)
- Identify adoption challenges and implement solutions to improve usage
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot / AI Builder (basic exposure) - Experience in digital adoption, enablement, or training roles
- Ability to create and deliver training programs and workshops
- Experience tracking adoption metrics and building dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in enterprise environments
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-300)
- Experience with training platforms / LMS
- Exposure to global teams or large-scale organizations
- Familiarity with Power Platform governance (DLP, environments, CoE)
