As a key member of the Enterprise Capabilities and Organizational Agility team, you will coach Squads, Crews, and stakeholders on advanced agile principles.
Your role focuses on removing barriers, championing collaboration, and advocating for data-driven decisions to enhance agile outcomes. You will play a vital part in helping CIBC achieve its strategic objectives while adapting to modern banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert coaching on agile practices to teams and stakeholders
• Promote data-driven decision making and process refinement
• Identify and address challenges that impact business agility
• Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership for culture change
• Advocate for cross-functional teamwork to enhance agility
Requirements:
• Expertise in agile coaching and organizational change
• Proven experience with agile techniques and frameworks
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
• Certification in Scrum or agile methodologies is a plus
• Strong skills in agile tools like Jira and Confluence
