Join us as a Conversion Optimization Manager to manage our A/B testing initiatives with a focus on Amplitude. This hands-on role is essential for driving better conversion performance across key web surfaces.
We seek an experienced candidate who can independently operate our established CRO program. The position calls for a strong analytical background and familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and Salesforce reporting. You will support high-visibility web launches and ensure that conversion rates are not only met but exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute existing A/B tests using Amplitude Experiment
• Ensure rigorous statistical analysis on test results
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align objectives
• Communicate CVR performance and insights to leadership
• Implement quick-user experience improvements as needed
Requirements:
• 4+ years in CRO with demonstrated success
• Experience using Amplitude Analytics for reporting
• Skilled in using Segment for audience segmentation
• Comfort in cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication skills with a focus on insights
