Position: Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Search(Google Ads,Meta )

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Search (Google Ads, SA360, Meta). This position offers an exciting chance to manage and optimize digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms, supporting key business objectives within an agile banking environment.

Pay transparency (CAD): $47.10/hr-$56.52/hr

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, SA360, Meta, Pinterest, and Snapchat to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign data, pull metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve digital performance strategies.
  • Manage ad trafficking, creative uploads, audience targeting, testing, and automated reporting.
  • Partner with media and creative agencies to troubleshoot and resolve ad server challenges.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of paid search and paid social campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence.
  • Drive innovation by proactively identifying new opportunities and platform trends relevant to the financial services sector.
  • Provide digital strategic guidance and consultation to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support team development through mentorship and knowledge sharing with colleagues and partners.
Desired Skill-Set
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with certification or proficiency in Google Ads and SA360.
  • Strong understanding of paid search and paid social strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, ad trafficking, audience targeting, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of emerging platforms like Pinterest or Tik Tok is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and adaptability to new digital tools and trends.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with in the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end campaign management and cross-channel collaboration.
  • Previous experience with automated reporting tools and advanced platform features.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
