IT Support Specialist

Westerkirk Capital Inc. is hiring an IT Support Specialist for their Toronto office. Bring your technical expertise and commitment to customer service in this full-time position.
Reporting to the IT Director, you will support a wide range of technologies within our portfolio management structure. Ideal candidates possess 3-5 years of IT experience, a relevant diploma, and a deep understanding of Microsoft applications along with strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 IT support and handle helpdesk tickets
• Deploy hardware and ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and maintain servers for service reliability
• Assist project implementations and system configurations
• Support the Systems Administrator as needed
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Diploma in IT or related field necessary
• Proficiency in MS Azure and Cisco Meraki required
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience in a family office is advantageous
