Agile Release Train Strategist

Position: Agile Release Train Strategist Role
Lead Agile transformations as a Release Train Strategist with a top financial client. This role emphasizes coaching, facilitation, and optimizing release processes in an Agile-at-scale environment.

As a Release Train Strategist, you will guide teams and leaders in navigating Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. Your primary focus will be on enabling the efficient delivery of value through managing releases, addressing impediments, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will play a crucial role in promoting continuous improvement and collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage flow of value through Agile frameworks

• Facilitate PI readiness and support release planning

• Coordinate key release ceremonies and system demos

• Summarize and publish Team PI Objectives

• Track release metrics for delivery health

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Release Train Engineer

• Strong knowledge of Agile tools (Confluence, Jira)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills

• Experience in a banking or financial setting

• Self-motivated and well-organized
