This full-time entry-level position focuses on enhancing the usability of the Fluxx award management system and ensuring data accuracy. You will collaborate with various departments to support system configurations, document processes, and improve operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure the award management system, Fluxx, for users

• Maintain and verify data integrity across reporting systems

• Create engaging reports and dashboards for visibility

• Provide user support and training on system workflows

• Partner with teams for continuous system improvement

Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience in data or system support roles

• Familiarity with Fluxx or similar platforms preferred

• Proficient in using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to present data insights effectively
