Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and refine business requirements. - Content Strategy

Define and manage content frameworks, governance models, and editorial guidelines. - Process Analysis

Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability. - Content Management
:
Oversee creation, curation, and publishing of digital content across platforms. - Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the liaison between business teams, technical teams, and content creators. - Quality Assurance
:
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and accessibility standards. - Reporting & Insights
:
Provide analytics on content performance and recommend dataâ€`driven improvements.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Content Lead in digital projects.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Word Press, or SharePoint.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable content strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards, and digital analytics tools
. - Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
- Experience in enterprise content platforms (e.g., Pantheon, Acquia).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
. - Background in UX writing or digital marketing
. - Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Content Strategy
