As an IT Support Technician, you will oversee the administration of user devices, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and support staff with various technological needs. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, maintaining servers, and enforcing IT security measures to maintain compliance and functionality across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for IT support inquiries
• Set up and troubleshoot a variety of IT devices
• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and security policies
• Monitor and maintain IT servers and systems
• Collaborate on network infrastructure maintenance
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in IT or related field
• 2–5 years in IT support or systems administration
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and setup
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory
• Understanding of cloud environments is beneficial
