In this pivotal role, you will maintain and enhance the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for various clients, including faculty and researchers. You’ll conduct needs assessments and collaborate on programming solutions that address complex business processes using Power Platform resources. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences will ensure effective client support and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess IT needs from clients
• Develop Power Apps and other programming solutions
• Prepare detailed technical specifications for projects
• Create and modify functional programming code
• Generate user support guides and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• At least four years of M365 administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Teams, Power Apps, and SQL
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and APIs
• Excellent communication skills with technical proficiency
