Email Automation Manager at Origins

Reporting to the Senior Manager of CRM, you’ll develop and optimize automated email flows and strategies that drive customer acquisition and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include technical email builds, data analysis, and ensuring the health of email automation. We seek a candidate with at least five years of CRM and digital marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement end-to-end CRM Email Journey programs
• Maintain and optimize email templates for branding and platform updates
• Create audience segmentations for email personalization
• Manage the deployment of marketing email assets for various campaigns
• Analyze customer journeys to enhance overall experience
Requirements:
• 5+ years in CRM or Online Marketing
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and analytics tools
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic SQL
• Knowledge of international data compliance laws
• Strong understanding of data modeling in marketing communications
