We are seeking a Senior CRM Solutions Designer to focus on the configuration and customization of Salesforce Experience Cloud. With a strong background in Salesforce technologies, the ideal candidate will refine the 311 digital experience while ensuring compliance with City governance and accessibility standards. The role offers involvement in both technical and collaborative aspects of solution design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud components for 311 redesign
• Develop front-end navigation and search functionalities
• Design and build Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Integrate Salesforce with existing Service Cloud processes
• Prepare deployment and technical documentation
Requirements:
• 10+ years in large project environments
• 5+ years with Salesforce technologies including LWC
• Strong skills in solution design and architecture
• Experience in government or large organizations
• Knowledge of security and access models
