Join Bing as a Quantitative User Experience Researcher, focusing on customer insights and A/B testing. You'll leverage quantitative methodologies to enhance product design and user experience.
This position requires 5–7 years of experience in quantitative UX research. You'll conduct and analyze various UX research projects, from telemetry analyses to surveys, translating complex datasets into actionable insights. Supporting cross-functional teams, you'll help shape product decisions and iteratively improve Bing’s search experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and run quantitative UX research studies
• Analyze data to pinpoint user pain points
• Create presentations of findings for diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams on product development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
• 5–7 years as a quantitative UX Researcher
• Experience with experimentation systems
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data effectively
