The successful candidate will resolve advanced technical issues within Service Now while mentoring junior support engineers. Strong experience with Object-Oriented programming and relational databases is essential. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is a vital component due to the nature of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the escalation point for challenging technical inquiries
• Conduct detailed analysis and debugging of application technologies
• Provide professional communication of solutions to customers
• Maintain professionalism in high-pressure customer situations
• Develop scripts in languages such as Python and Java Script
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, especially Java
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Microsoft Server environments
• Experienced in relational database management (MySQL/Oracle)
• Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese preferred
• Willingness to work onsite twice weekly
