Empower teams with technology at the Child Development Institute as an IT Support Analyst. This hybrid role focuses on providing expert technical support and administration.
As part of your role, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across multiple sites. You’ll manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and assist with operational tasks to ensure that our services run smoothly. Collaborating with a skilled IT team, you will enhance staff technology experiences, directly supporting community transformations for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver end-to-end technical support across multiple environments
• Manage cloud configurations in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Oversee device lifecycle management and onboarding processes
• Provide assistance for SaaS platform configurations
• Help troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues
Requirements:
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Intune operations
• Experienced in managing service requests via ITSM platforms
• Strong communication skills for non-technical users
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and on-call periods
