The client, a Bermuda-based technology provider, is searching for an Account Manager. In this position, you will manage a portfolio of clients in various sectors, identify sales opportunities, and streamline business processes. Your ability to communicate effectively will help establish trust and foster lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts and conduct regular meetings
• Identify opportunities to expand technology and service offerings
• Prepare sales proposals and manage renewals
• Collaborate with IT consultancy on service solutions
• Keep an active sales pipeline and support solution delivery
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in B2B sales or technology account management
• Experience in office technology or copier systems sales
• Strong communicative and relationship-building capabilities
• Relevant sales training is advantageous
• Post-secondary education preferred
