Our company is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for a 12-month contract, blending analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance operational metrics. You will monitor delivery times, troubleshoot merchant issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams. Your success depends on your ability to identify operational gaps and design efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics daily
• Provide escalation support for high-value restaurant partners
• Identify and remedy operational gaps in delivery lifecycle
• Extract insights from data using Excel and SQL
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on new initiatives
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in operations, logistics, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Basic SQL proficiency for data extraction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
