As a Systems Administrator, you will address complex application issues primarily related to Amazon Connect and Computer Talk. Responsibilities include executing software upgrades, applying vital patches, and interfacing with customers to implement changes. Additionally, you will monitor and optimize computer resource utilization based on workload trends.

Key Responsibilities:
