Position: Toronto IT Solutions Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Address service requests related to hardware and software

• Manage service desk tickets and communication queues

• Document support actions in the Service Now system

• Assist with IT troubleshooting and local initiatives

• Conduct office special projects and participate in on-call support
Requirements:

• Technical diploma and three years in a service role

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Windows Server and Office 365

• Familiar with mobile device support and legal apps

• Willingness to work onsite and flexible hours
