IT Support Specialist

As a key member of the team, you will report to the IT Director and assist in service delivery, technical support, and user training. Your expertise will enhance operational efficiency while providing Level 1 support for customer-facing needs. Collaboration with various project teams will ensure successful implementations and adherence to company protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 support for helpdesk system
• Deploy employee equipment and manage changes
• Monitor servers and network applications
• Maintain critical systems including servers and platforms
• Offer 24/7 on-call support for emergencies
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of IT experience required
• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Experience in a family office setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Mac, iOS
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
