Position: Systems Administrator - Onsite Role Ontario
ITProFound is looking for a Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist in Ontario to manage user setups and provide operational support onsite. This intermediate role lasts for 10 months.
Located at 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto, this position involves extensive collaboration with the Province of Ontario. Candidates should possess skills in systems administration, network support, and knowledge of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act. The ideal applicant will engage in solving application-related issues in contact center technologies such as Amazon Connect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure user access and profiles effectively

• Oversee backup processes and data recovery

• Support client network and coordinate systems

• Analyze and resolve software application problems

• Monitor system workloads for optimal performance
Requirements:

• Intermediate experience with systems administration

• Programming skills in one or more languages

• Understanding of AODA regulations

• Experience with middleware solutions

• Familiarity with AWS and contact center technologies
