Role Overview
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. The analyst will manage the end-to-end administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise software applications and related infrastructure within a BAU environment, reporting to the Manager, Technology Application Support.
Responsibilities- Manage and own delivery of applications in collaboration with Aviso Business Units.
- Lead and facilitate activities with vendors and coordinate with the Aviso IT department on the vendor roadmap.
- Review application releases for the apps under BAU scope and work with IT and Business Units on these releases.
- Handle day‑to‑day issues submitted by Business Units regarding the applications.
- Administer end‑to‑end application access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
- Manage the BAU ticket queue and scope of work for various applications, addressing regulatory, risk, and audit requirement issues.
- Oversee all configuration changes for the applications.
- Work with third‑party vendors on data integration via SFTP, API, and other connectivity modes.
- Provide application support, identify bugs and enhancement opportunities, and serve as liaison between End‑Users, Business Analysts, and Developers.
- Provide overnight or weekend support on a rotational basis.
- IT‑related Diploma or Computer Science degree.
- 3‑5 years of Tier 1/2 Application Support experience in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with a ticketing system.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with SFTP, API, and other connectivity modes.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to documentation.
- Fluent communication in English; bilingual French is an asset.

SalaryExpected salary range: $80,000 – $87,000 CAD annually.
