In this position, you will manage applications while collaborating with Aviso Business Units. You’ll lead vendor activities, coordinate with IT, and review application releases, ensuring seamless operation. Key responsibilities include resolving daily issues, administering application access, and overseeing configuration changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage delivery of applications with Aviso Business Units
• Coordinate vendor activities with Aviso IT department
• Review application releases and collaborate with stakeholders
• Address day-to-day issues from Business Units
• Oversee configuration changes for applications
Requirements:
• IT-related Diploma or Computer Science degree
• 3-5 years of Application Support experience
• Proficiency with ticketing systems
• ITIL certification required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This role requires effective communication and a detail-oriented approach to support applications effectively at Aviso.
