In this role, you will manage end-to-end project execution from planning to implementation. Your key tasks include developing digital strategies and resources that improve engagement and productivity among the Canadian Commercial Banking team. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while monitoring the effectiveness of implemented programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the design and deployment of digital tool solutions
• Conduct assessments to inform training strategy
• Support the rollout of new development training materials

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
