Shape impactful digital experiences as a Digital Personalization Specialist for BMO. This role requires deep collaboration with various teams to optimize digital assets across channels.
As a Digital Personalization Specialist, you will engage in hands-on execution and coordinate requirements to produce marketing assets that resonate with users. Your focus will be on building compliant digital content, applying audience personalization rules, and collaborating with designers and developers to ensure quality and effectiveness.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure digital marketing assets using approved templates
• Translate requirements into engaging content and CTAs
• Monitor and report on performance against defined KPIs
• Lead intake meetings to clarify marketing requests
• Ensure consistent quality and adherence to project timelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years experience in a digital marketing or operations role
• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign targeting
• Solid understanding of digital product delivery processes
• Strong project management and communication skills
