Nasdaq Senior Platform Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time production systems and user issues

• Support daily system operations and application updates

• Resolve technical connectivity challenges with clients

• Document operational procedures for team improvement

• Work with engineering to tackle operational challenges
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• At least 3 years in a technical operations role

• Proficiency in Linux environments

• Solid network troubleshooting skills

• Effective communication and analytical skills
