Become an integral part of Canada Goose's IT team in Toronto as an IT Support Associate. This role involves providing first-level support for Windows and MacOS systems in corporate and retail settings.
Located in Toronto, Canada Goose seeks a proactive IT Support Associate to assist with diverse end-user systems. The position demands proficiency in troubleshooting and managing user accounts within various software environments. You'll interact directly with users, ensuring all technical issues are resolved efficiently and accurately through a ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level IT support for Windows and MacOS
• Record and escalate incidents via the ticketing system
• Onboard and modify user access accounts
• Support hardware and software configurations for users
• Document procedures and update existing technical documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in IT or a related field
• Relevant certifications (A+, Network+, M365 are assets)
• Basic understanding of networking and compliance frameworks
• Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows and iOS
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management solutions
