Join the Ontario Cannabis Store as a Digital Product Specialist, where you'll drive digital innovations for cannabis access. This full-time position calls for excellence in project coordination and collaboration across B2B and B2C capacities.
In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into actionable user stories, manage project timelines, and ensure backlog prioritization. You'll work closely with IT, UX, and various business units to optimize outcomes and enhance user experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
• Coordinate digital sprint scheduling with IT and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate collaboration and retrospectives to drive improvements
• Manage product features and project delivery timelines
• Conduct UAT and report on results effectively
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in digital product management
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and digital platforms
• Certifications in CSPO, SAFe or CSM preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
