As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will focus on refining the usage and governance of Hub Spot while enhancing lifecycle automation for member success. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations and is essential for ensuring accurate data flows and effective revenue strategies. Your hands-on approach will drive AI implementations and improve operational efficiencies across marketing and sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize Hub Spot for improved CRM hygiene and workflow
• Design lifecycle automation for seamless member onboarding
• Track and report on pipeline accuracy and funnel visibility
• Collaborate across teams for effective opportunity management
• Promote operational improvements through AI tools
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years in CRM, with 3 years on Hub Spot
• Knowledge in AI tools for marketing and sales
• Strong analytical mindset focused on data integrity
• Experience in revenue workflow design
• Understanding of membership business models
