In this role, you will lead cross-functional technology initiatives, work with diverse stakeholders, and develop clear implementation roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:
• Define the architecture vision across technology domains
• Direct major technology initiatives from start to finish
• Communicate with CTO and business leaders on project status
• Collaborate with both technology and non-technology teams
• Share knowledge and facilitate effective delivery of projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technology delivery or architecture
• Proven capability in banking technology challenges
• Superior communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Service Now and related technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred
