Release Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in deployment, ITS, or IT project management (formal training and strong understanding of project management principles preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in an information systems operations environment, including service management, systems analysis, and development.
• Advanced knowledge of software development and service management life cycles.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve task completion.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Excellent executive-level communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to develop resolutions, plans, and strategies for operational advancement.
• Experience with management techniques, problem resolution, and operational improvement strategies.
• Strong initiative to continuously enhance knowledge and stay current with industry and business trends.
