Support Consultant - Capital Markets Technology

Drive improvements in application performance as a Support Consultant for CIBC’s Capital Markets Technology in Toronto. You will leverage your technical expertise to resolve various support challenges.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Fixed Income Production Support team. Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience with Front Office Trading Applications. Your technical skills in troubleshooting, SQL, and Unix will enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and external vendors is critical to your success.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in application support roles
