Position: QA Consultant for Workday HCM & Finance
Join our team as a QA Consultant specializing in Workday HCM and Finance modules, working onsite in Toronto, ON. This contract role focuses on both manual and test automation.

As a Workday Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading validation efforts across various Workday business processes and semiannual releases.

Your role involves designing effective test strategies and executing high-value test scenarios to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive testing across the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test scripts for Finance and HCM modules

• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing processes

• Validate security and reporting logic in Workday configurations

• Assist in testing integrations like Core Connectors and PECI

• Partner with SMEs for enhanced test coverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years of QA experience, 3 years with Workday

• Proven experience in testing Workday HCM and/or Finance

• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or Cypress

• Strong analytical and communication skills
