In this one-year hybrid contract role, you will be the operational backbone for impactful campaigns across global markets. Coordinate closely with teams in Legal, Product, and Communications to ensure all campaign deliverables meet regulatory requirements and deadlines. Your primary focus will include detailed planning, managing CMS content updates across multiple languages, and executing event timelines for optimal engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own detailed campaign planning and timelines
• Coordinate with Legal, Product, and regional teams
• Manage multilingual content updates in CMS
• Run and oversee trade show and event timelines
• Deploy customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in campaign management or marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with CMS and Google Suite
• Strong writing and proofreading skills required
• Ability to navigate ambiguity proactively
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
