Join Orion as a Scrum Master focused on Agile methodologies and team optimization. You'll collaborate with development teams to deliver exceptional business value and support Agile practices.
As a Scrum Master at Orion, you will support the Senior Scrum Master in enhancing Agile adoption within our projects.
Your role includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies and using strong coaching skills to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You'll mentor new Scrum Masters and help teams tackle complex challenges in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively
• Actively coach teams toward a sustainable Agile mindset
• Mentor new Scrum Masters to enhance Agile maturity
• Drive initiatives to optimize team workflows
• Guide teams through challenges with collaboration
Requirements:
• 8+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks
• Ability to coordinate resources and manage projects
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Empathy and conflict-resolution aptitude to build safe environments
