A leading enterprise organization based in Toronto supporting large-scale infrastructure and mission-critical environments.

• Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise virtualization infrastructure environments.
• Manage and support backup, recovery, storage, and data protection solutions across critical business systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, security, networking, and application support teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives, including testing and continuous improvement activities.
• Respond to operational requests, troubleshooting efforts, incidents, and infrastructure changes in alignment with enterprise standards.

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise virtualization and infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience with VMware technologies within complex production environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise storage, SAN, backup, and data protection solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities within enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience with scripting or automation technologies such as Power Shell, Shell Scripting, or similar tools is considered an asset.
