Our public sector client is looking for a seasoned Senior Application Specialist with over 10 years of application support experience for enterprise platforms. You will oversee the M365/SharePoint Document Management rollouts, handle incident triage, and provide effective user issue resolution. This contract position is essential for the success of citywide document management modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the rollout and daily operations of M365/Share Point
• Triage incidents and resolve user issues effectively
• Manage Service Now support tickets for timely delivery
• Administer SharePoint sites regularly
• Provide guidance on best practices for site usage
Requirements:
• 10+ years in application support and administration
• Strong understanding of M365 and SharePoint solutions
• Experience in incident triage and ticket management
• Proficiency in SharePoint site administration
• Post-secondary education in IT or related field
