Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Application Specialist (10+ years) to support the rollout and operational management of M365/SharePoint Document Management Solution (RQ00358)
Join a large-scale municipal technology initiative supporting enterprise collaboration and document management modernization. This role delivers end-to-end application support for M365/SharePoint environments, ensuring stability and ongoing enhancement of a citywide document management platform. The position provides visibility across technical and user communities while maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.

- 10+ years providing application support and administration for enterprise platforms
- Strong background with M365 and Share Point
document management solutions - Experience with incident triage , user issue resolution, and Service Now ticket management
- Proficiency in SharePoint site administration and guidance on site usage and best practices
- Post-secondary education in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a public sector or municipal IT environment
- Familiarity with continuous service improvement frameworks
- Support the rollout and daily operations of the M365/SharePoint Document Management Solution
- Triage incidents and resolve user issues promptly and effectively
- Manage Service Now support tickets to ensure timely service delivery
- Provide day-to-day administration of SharePoint sites
- Offer guidance to users on SharePoint site usage and best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams to maintain a stable and supported environment
- Focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement of service delivery
