Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, Control Testing Reporting and Operations is a business-facing role that combines analytical rigor with stakeholder management. You'll be the primary point of contact for translating testing data into clear, actionable insights that drive remediation priorities and control improvement.
What You Will Do- Maintain and update the team's testing schedule.
- Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards.
- Perform data analysis on control testing results.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks for automation.
- Support the build-out of automated reporting templates and testing workflows.
- Must have 4+ years of experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, technology controls, or a related function within financial services.
- A Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, technology controls, or a related function within financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and dashboard construction.
- Familiarity with GRC platforms (Service Now GRC, RSA Archer, or equivalent) and document management systems.
- Ability to build and automate recurring management reports, data analytical mindset to identify patterns, and recurring failures.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present findings clearly to business stakeholders and management; strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable translating between technical and business language.
- Experience producing clear, visually effective reports and management presentations using PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable of industry frameworks: COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and ITIL.
