In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to various departments including Front Office and Risk Management. You'll manage the applications integral to trading functionalities and be proactive in your learning. Key Responsibilities:
• Support and deliver trading solutions for sales desks
• Provide critical 1st and 2nd line application support
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business lines
• Develop custom reporting solutions for various groups
• Participate in on-call support and shift work
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in trading systems support
• Familiarity with ION solutions and connectivity
• Proficient in Linux, SQL, and Python
• Knowledge of financial markets, especially Fixed Income
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
