This Customer Engineer position is integral to Lantek's Operations team, focusing on user support and training throughout the software lifecycle. You will consult and configure software solutions, manage customer projects, and analyze installation requirements. Your expertise will ensure smooth implementations and resolutions of technical issues, driving customer satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consultations and support for CAD/CAM and MES/ERP software
• Implement small to medium scale customer projects
• Create tailored specifications based on customer needs
• Analyze customer requirements for software upgrades
• Conduct training sessions for customers and staff
Requirements:
• Technical background in Computer Engineering or IT
• Experience with software projects in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of Lantek systems is a plus
• Fluent in English;
French valued, Spanish or German a bonus
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
