Technical Systems Analyst Co‑op
Join CIBC’s Technology Operations team as a Technical Systems Analyst Co‑op, where you’ll gain valuable hands‑on experience in application provisioning and system administration.
What You’ll Be Doing- Handle provisioning requests for various applications and systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Complete a set of assigned tasks and be trained on key processes and tools.
- Implement process improvements, collaborate on presentations, and develop documentation to support team initiatives.
- Complete provisioning requests for various applications and systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and propose innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation and presentation materials.
- Work closely with team members, participate in meetings, and contribute to group discussions.
- Gain hands‑on experience with tools such as Service Now, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, and scripting languages.
- Eager to learn; passionate about technology and keen to develop new technical skills.
- Comfortable working with Service Now, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, and scripting languages, or willing to learn these tools.
- Detail‑oriented, ensuring all provisioning and documentation is completed to a high standard.
- Effective communicator, able to explain ideas and contribute to presentations and documentation for a variety of audiences.
- Pursuing a related education in computer science or a related field.
