Senior Technical Business Analyst (10+ years) to drive trading lifecycle analysis and collateral management initiatives with client in investment management industry

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets with a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle
• Expertise in collateral management processes including margining
  , optimization
  , and settlements
• Advanced data analysis capabilities to query, validate, and interpret datasets
• Hands‑on Scrum Master experience in agile delivery environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data, or a related field

• Familiarity with trade capture systems, risk engines, and collateral platforms
• Agile certification such as CSM or PSM

• Engage with trading desks, risk, treasury, operations, and collateral teams to capture and analyze business needs
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Partner with product owners to refine and prioritize backlog items aligned with strategic objectives
• Evaluate and improve workflows around collateral management and intraday collateral movement
• Perform data analysis to validate requirements and ensure data integrity across trading and collateral domains
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within the team
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
