Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of Pega platforms for 24x7 availability

• Lead Major Incident Management processes effectively

• Control and govern Dev, QA, and production environments

• Ensure regulatory compliance and security risk management

• Establish operational standards and continuous improvement practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in Pega operations, preferably 8.x

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud infrastructure

• Background in BFSI or highly regulated sectors

• Leadership experience with global teams

• Understanding of Agile methodologies
