SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience with proven ownership of end-to-end delivery for Agile teams within complex enterprise environments
• Strong Commercial Banking domain expertise across Payments (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP), Commercial Lending, Treasury & Cash Management, and Trade Finance initiatives
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  , with hands‑on experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while driving Agile maturity
• Proven experience working within regulated banking environments
  , with knowledge of KYC, AML, regulatory reporting, audit readiness, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams, resolve complex impediments, and coordinate cross‑team dependencies to ensure predictable and timely delivery
• Strong expertise in Agile metrics and delivery governance
  , including velocity tracking, cycle time analysis, defect leakage reduction, release planning, and production stability improvements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  , with experience collaborating with Business, Product Owners, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and senior leadership teams to drive successful outcomes
