As a Customer Trust Engagement Manager, your mission is to build confidence in Autodesk’s offerings. With over 5 years of customer-facing experience, you will engage with executives and teams on critical trust topics. This position bridges customer insight and Autodesk's Trust organization fostering clearer communication on security and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic customer trust discussions and briefings
• Communicate Autodesk’s trust strategy effectively to stakeholders
• Foster partnerships with customer teams to drive renewals and escalations
• Develop programs to bolster customer trust and understanding
• Advocate for customer perspectives within Autodesk’s operational processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in advisory or customer relations roles
• Expertise in security, privacy, and compliance interactions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Drive customer engagement and trust initiatives that position Autodesk as a trusted partner in the industry.
